SAUNA WORLD

Sauna has an extremely beneficial effect on the body: it improves blood circulation, stimulates metabolism and helps to eliminate toxins and impurities.

Short-term heating not only improves blood circulation, but also releases substances that boost immunity in the body and help fight infections.

In our Sauna World, we hold a traditional sauna day every second Friday. Participation is possible with a ticket priced at 6500 HUF. On these days, swimwear is not allowed – we provide sheets for covering intimate areas.

  • FINNISH SAUNA

    The walls are lined with Nordic Finnish spruce wood with corn, straw and reed decorations, giving the sauna a look reminiscent of the atmosphere of the Great Plain. We recommend it to our nature-loving guests.

  • STEAM CABIN

    By using the steam cabin you can treat asthma and hoarseness symptoms, as well as various muscle pains and circulation disorders. The warm, moist air relaxes the body, cleanses the airways and has an intense detoxifying effect.

    Temperature: 45-50 °C | Humidity: 80-100%

  • AROMATHERAPY SAUNA

    This offers its beneficial effects through essential oils which, when inhaled and absorbed through the pores of the skin, have a relaxing or cooling effect on the body.

    Temperature: 60°C | Humidity: 20-40%.

  • LIGHT SAUNA

    In this sauna there are unique, special benches and Canadian Hemlock panelling. What makes it special is the light therapy.

  • HERBAL SAUNA

    This sauna's panelling is made in Finland from borovi pine wood with a more distinctive aroma than other pine trees. The specific character of the cabin is defined by the various herbs with a positive effect on the body.

  • INFRARED SAUNA

    It works by emitting long-wave infrared rays corresponding to the sun's heat rays, which warm the upper layers of the skin in a beneficial and harmless way.

    The walls are lined with Canadian red cedar panelling, and this sauna combines the pleasant properties of a Finnish sauna with an intimate atmosphere.

    Made of silver pine brought from Finland. There are only three such saunas in Hungarian spas, one of which is right here in Makó.

    The special character of this sauna comes from the light streaming from under the benches and through the back-lit glass, with patterns imitating Makó onions.

    During our sauna sessions, our qualified sauna masters welcome our guests every day with different sessions, where there is an opportunity to experience perfect relaxation. Admission to our sessions can be purchased at our receptions for 900 HUF.
